Standard
$0 to $250
The first thing I do is setup an introductory call - this usually lasts about 30 minutes where we discuss who is traveling, dates, destinations, budget, and what you want to experience. I recommend reaching out 6 months to 2 years prior to your desired travel dates.
After receiving your $250 deposit, I take 1-2 weeks to put together up to 4 options for you. Within a few days, we reconvene to see what changes need to be made before booking. It’s important that we have put together the RIGHT itinerary for you and not settle.
We usually place make your booking within 3-4 weeks of your original inquiry. After confirming the main component of your trip, I move your $250 deposit to your reservation and then we work on additional items like flights, pre/post-stays, transfers, excursions, insurance, and final deposits.
About 1 month prior to departure, I provide you a very detailed digital itinerary that’s also accessible via AXUS Pocket Travel app.
Approximately 4-7 days prior to departure, we go over any final questions or changes to make sure you feel as confident as possible. I’ll also contact your accommodation to communicate any special requests and special occasions you might be celebrating.
If I’ve booked your flights, I send you a reminder 24 hours prior to your outbound flight to check-in.
After you arrive in destination, I reach out to make sure everything’s as expected.
Finally, once you’ve returned home, I follow up to get your feedback on what you loved, what you would change, and what you might be interested in for future travels.
Flights
$50 to $100
For handling research, booking, managing and support during travel, there is a $50 service fee per person for domestic flights, and a $100 service fee per person for international flights.
*Passports and visas are the responsibility of each client.
Destination Wedding
$1000 +
For destination weddings up to 120ppl, a $1000 fee covers my handling the venue/ceremony/reception contract, the room block contract, a customized wedding website, physical business cards that you can include with your invitations, as well as coordinating your guests’ flights and transfers. Weddings that have over 120ppl or need me onsite can be accommodated for an additional fee.
